August Baking Book Giveaway!

This month, for our regular book giveaway, you can win a copy of the new release Tart it Up! Sweet and Savoury Tarts and Pies by Eric Lanlard. Who could resist a book with a title like that?

We do love a bit of Eric, deliciously perfect baking with a seriously stylish french accent? Yes PLEASE!

All we ask is that if you win the book, you write us a little review of it for us the following month, so we can share it with our blog followers. Simple.

  1. I make the traditional jam tart. I made some last week with strawberry jam, damson jam, raspberry jam and apricot jam :)

  2. My friend Jo’s gluten free Bakewell Tart it is brilliantly light & always tastes fantastic. I don’t even like shop bought Bakewell tart!!

  4. I love the little strawberry tarts that are always on display in patisserie windows to tempt you in! Very pretty, and delicious too…

  5. Caramelized passion fruit and lime tart, I simply love passion fruit because of it’s rich aroma and flavour. It tastes like (and i quote) lemons, guava and pineapple combined and the lime adds a little “zing” to it. Well worth it!
    my kids lump my famous Madagascan vanilla ice cream on it, when it’s fresh from the oven the ice cream melts beautifully, though i prefer a dollop of clotted cream…divine!

  6. *yummm* Definitely Apple Pie with custard. Warm and hearty on a cold winters day – warms the heart and soul.
